Neil Squire Solution’s services are provided on a fee-for-service basis. Costs will be defined prior to the services being provided. Each of our services has its own fee structure, but in all cases Neil Squire Solutions will invoice only for time worked on the file. If it appears that costs will exceed the contracted amount then Neil Squire Solutions will advise the fee-payer as soon as that information becomes known.

• Contact Neil Squire Solutions at 604-473-9363 or E-mail solutions@neilsquire.ca. We will discuss the services you require and estimate the costs and time required for those services. Written quotes can be provided if needed.
• Submit to Neil Squire Solutions a written, signed document authorizing Neil Squire Solutions to invoice for the services to be rendered.
• Provide contact and related background information.
• Once the authorization is received, Neil Squire Solutions will contact you and proceed with the contracted services.
• Services are provided by appointment only. No drop-in services are available.

Location

• For assessments of assistive technology, related workstation accommodations, and training it is strongly recommended that the services occur at the Neil Squire Solutions Lab. The Lab is located at 220 - 2250 Boundary Road, Burnaby BC.
• For assessments and training where Neil Squire Solutions staff must travel (to the worksite, training site or home) mileage and travel time costs are added to our fees.
