Neil Squire Solution’s services are provided on a fee-for-service basis. Costs will be defined prior to the services being provided (see How to Request a Service).

All services provided by Neil Squire Solutions are by appointment only. There are no drop-in services. Please contact Neil Squire Solutions to set an appointment.

Location
These services occur at the Neil Squire Solutions Lab, which is located at 220 - 2250 Boundary Road, Burnaby BC.
Background Information
To get the most out your work with Neil Squire Solutions it is recommended that you provide the following information:
- Physical problems you are experiencing and how those problems affect your functional ability to complete your work.
- Specific tasks you have difficulty completing.
- Employment or training information.
How to Request a Service
- Contact Neil Squire Solutions at 604-473-9363. We will discuss the services you require and the costs and time required for those services.
- A session will be scheduled.
- Payment is required in advance of your session (usually when you sign in).
- Payment method: personal cheque or cash (Solutions is not able to accept credit or debit cards).
Important Notice
If you are actively involved with WCB, an insurer, or other third party agency then it is strongly recommended that you discuss your desire to secure Neil Squire Solutions services with that agency before contracting Neil Squire Solutions. In many cases, this third party will be able to make the referral on your behalf.
