Adjusting Your Chair
The following adjustments are recommended to give you maximum support while sitting. Throughout the day you should make minor adjustments to your chair and take rest breaks from working on the computer.
Seat Height
Stand in front of the chair and adjust the height of the seat so that it is below your kneecap. When sitting in the chair, your thighs should be parallel with the floor.
Seat Pan (cushion) Spacing

Ensure there is ~2 to 3 finger width spacing between front edge of seat pan and back of leg.
Back Height

Adjust the height of the back of the chair to provide support to your lower back.
Back Angle

Adjust the angle of the back of the chair to give you comfortable support.
Chair Tilt

Occasionally tilt the chair forwards or backwards to relieve pressure on the underside of your thighs.
